The person in this role will process claims requested by customers in accordance with the policies, processes and procedures of Assurant. Responsabilities:
Make sure service center keeps record in a timely and appropriate manner all information about the claim service follow up
Keep trace of the equipment in transit.
Follow up on quotations receipt and valuate parts and labor requested by the Service Center based on the TWG Authorization Policy
Keep customers informed about their claims status.
Ensure that claims/invoice are processed in accordance with company policies, processes and procedures.
Perform remote audits to Service Centers.
Keep track, report and provide feedback on Service Center performance
Keep file records updated in WLS.
Document and provide resolution to complains raised by the Customer or dealers on a timely manner
Document and inform customer when the claim is rejected, or the warranty is voided
Analyze and diagnose the mobile phones that enter the center of attention
Provide technical support for the approval or rejected of mobile claims
Process administratively of mobile devices for disposition
Requirements:
B.S. in related engineering or business administration
At least 2 year of industry related experience
At least one Year of Customer Service experience
English level basic / technical English.
