Our expectations:
The Yard Lead ensures that the lumber yard's daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. While ensuring the lumber yard maintains a clean appearance
Your role:

• Pick orders and fill out paperwork accurately
• Ensure the yard is kept tidy and presentable
• Delegate tasks to yard associates
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues
• Work with the delivery coordinator to ensure orders are ready to go when needed
• Check off products received from vendors and put them away
• Report to Warehouse/Yard Supervisor and Store Managers

The qualifications we are looking for:

• Experience driving a forklift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Supervisor experience an asset, but not required
• Building Supply/construction experience is an asset, but not required
