We sell everything from Real Estate, Industrial, Farming, Heavy Trucks, Transport, Recreational, and much more — throughout Western Canada, BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
We offer internet bidding, appraisals, and custom auction proposals to meet your specific challenges.
Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 5 locations in total (Drayton Valley, Edmonton, Fairview, Taber and Kamloops, BC). Our low commission rates and aggressive marketing strategies help our customers sell and buy items successfully. Team Auctions is proud to have won awards for "Best Marketing Website".
We are currently looking for someone to help expand sales and assist in the development of this location as the company grows.
Main Objective
The main objective of the Territory Sales Manager is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by developing sales leads, business opportunities and providing customers with optimal customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships within designated territories to enhance sales performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Deliver sales presentations to potential customers to showcase service offerings, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales to meet targets.
  • Monitor and assist the asset listings of customer consignments
  • Liaise with the HR Development team on training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities within assigned territory.
  • Assist in the setup and presence of regional tradeshows.

Qualifications
  • Driver’s License
  • Class 1 (Asset)
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
Working Conditions
Will be required to work outside in all Weather conditions. Overtime must be pre-approved by the manager.
Physical Requirements
May have to lift up to 50lbs.
Motion Parameters
Required to climb stairs, walk, squat, kneel, or drive and stand for long periods of them.
Vision and Hearing Requirements
The ability to judge distances when loading/unloading and placing excepted.
Psychological Demands
Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
