YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Property Services Technician, ready to take on various aspects of operational support for our facilities. This crucial role requires a strong ability to work manually and independently, as well as providing essential support to our teams.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out furniture assembly and installation work
- Set up rooms and spaces according to meeting requirements
- Inventory office furniture
- Provide physical support to teams for multi-person tasks
- Provide support to the real estate services team
- Carry out minor building repairs

Maintain building exteriors
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

High school diploma - Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
- Experience in office furniture
- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license

Manual skills, autonomy, resourcefulness and sense of initiative
