What we offer:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join our team for an approximately 8-month contract. (With the potential to lead to permanent employment.) This role involves working closely with potential clients to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background with exceptional sales skills, building relationships and driving revenue growth.
The primary role for this position is to assist with onboarding and project sales through:

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join our team for an approximately 8-month contract. (With the potential to lead to permanent employment.) This role involves working closely with potential clients to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background with exceptional sales skills, building relationships and driving revenue growth.
The primary role for this position is to assist with onboarding and project sales through:
- Design and quoting of commercial and residential solar systems
- Quoting residential and commercial electrical projects, EV charging, BESS, and backup power
- Customer relations
- Inventory management
- Equipment testing and RMAs
- Actively pursuing new business opportunities for company growth
- Identify cost-savings through ongoing supplier review
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail for accurately reviewing and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and contracts
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents and drawings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using project management software/tools
- Strong electrical theoretical and practical knowledge
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Additional pay:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Dartmouth, NS B3B 1L3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
