Responsibilities: - Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities - Provide bathroom assistance -Daily notes to be recorded -Open communication between participant and community partners -to advocate on behalf of the participant while in the community and OTEC -Promote safety at all times Experience: - Previous experience in working in related field and persons with disabilities. - Minimum High School Education, preferably post-secondary education certificate/diploma in social services or related field. - First Aid, CPR, Criminal Record Check and SD check completed upon hiring.
