Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise staff to meet company goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Proficiency in basic math for inventory management
- Experience in sales, cashiering, or related fields is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for customer interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
