Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- Lead and mentor a team dedicated to supporting charitable giving
- Oversee diverse revenue streams including government grants, events, sponsorships, and more
- Be a key player in ensuring satisfaction by managing transactions, invoicing, and payment processing
- Develop and monitor key financial processes and reports that support impactful initiatives
- Collaborate to deliver an excellent experience
- Lead a team of four, overseeing all revenue transactions, payment processing, and invoicing
- Become the subject matter expert with the CRM to ensure accurate revenue tracking
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, including government funding agreements and external payments
- Manage receivables and reconcile revenue monthly and annually
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Assist in budgeting and year-end processes, ensuring all revenue systems are efficient and accurate
- Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting) or equivalent education and experience
- Experience supervising and leading teams, with a passion for developing others
- Expertise in CRM or revenue systems; knowledge of Great Plains is considered an asset
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of accounting software, including GAAP principles
- Skilled in analyzing receivables and overseeing complex financial reporting processes
