The Role:


Our store is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.
The Patient Services Specialist plays a critical role within Solis optics and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our customers. You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


This position is a Part-Time permanent role working up to 29 hours per week, Mondays to Saturdays.


What Will You Be Doing?


  • Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store
  • Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email
  • Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
