Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the shop and lot at Stampede Auto, ensuring efficiency and organization in vehicle repairs, maintenance, and lot management
- Managing the flow of vehicles in and out of the lot, including vehicle staging, parking, and inventory organization
- Supervising the shop’s service team, including mechanics and detailers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to high standards
- Coordinating vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements for both the shop and lot, including vehicle handling and storage
- Monitoring the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the shop and lot to maintain a professional and operational environment
- Managing inventory levels of shop supplies and tools, ensuring timely procurement of necessary materials
- Providing training and support to staff to improve operational efficiency and maintain high service quality
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure smooth operations and communication across all teams
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the shop and lot, providing regular reports and feedback to upper management
- Ad-hoc tasks related to shop and lot management, problem-solving, and operational improvements as requested by Stampede Auto
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
