Position Summary
CIMCO is looking to recruit a Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Moncton.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Warehouse inventory control
- Loading and unloading of arriving trucks, with a focus on efficient handling of materials.
- Inspect cargo to ensure it is properly loaded or secured
- Manage the return of empty cylinders and ensure proper storage and inventory control.
- Perform daily inspections on shop trucks to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Retrieve parts from the wholesaler and deliver them to our technicians and customers as needed.
- Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility in working late hours when required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in loading, unloading, and load containment is preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Computer Skills (SAP experience an asset)
- Certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) is an asset.
