The Position
In this entry level full-time, permanent position, the Shipper / Receiver will perform daily delivery, order fulfillment, packaging, receiving, and shipment coordination duties of Pure Life Carbon’s core products. The Employee will conduct scheduling of orders and will ensure accuracy of packaging products. The Shipper / Receiver will also be responsible for the submission of inventory reporting, verifying and approving shipments (outgoing or incoming), and loading / unloading of materials. They are required to collaborate with other employees and departments to resolve shipping and receiving matters, under general supervision from the Production Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, understand, and execute instructions from Team Leads and Senior Employees
Be able to organize and communicate multiple shipments and tracking to appropriate PLC personnel
Aid in assembling orders and the production of PLC’s core products for shipment
Maintain internal record-keeping systems
Receive incoming products in accordance with PLC inventory and financial guidelines
Aid in vendor selection for logistics and comparative rates
Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (i.e., bills of lading, invoices, etc.)
Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks, etc.
Unpack and route goods to appropriate storage areas
Manage third party logistic relationships as it pertains to lining up services
Aid in PLC inventory count and reconciliation
Perform routine housekeeping duties in the facility

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean 5-year Driver Abstract
Ability to operate warehouse machinery
