Service Shop Dispatcher
Job description
D. Alex Mac Donald is looking for someone to join their winning Service team as our Service Dispatcher. Responsibilities will be to plan, organize and manage the repair work schedule through our Service shop. You would be the individual who receives the repair workload from our service advisors and then dispatches that work to our factory-trained technicians, with the goal of maximizing productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We require someone who is organized, portrays a professional image to our staff and customers, and who looks for the next item to do instead of being asked. If you think you have these attributes, we should talk.
We will provide you with the best training in the industry and the support of a closely-knit dealership team. This is a full-time position requiring 40 to 45 hours per week. The compensation package includes an hourly rate and medical package.
