We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Winnipeg team. This position reports directly to the Admin Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring timely communication with customers through a variety of platforms, completing duties related to administration of monthly parking customers, and contributing to a world class customer experience. Duties
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person ensuring high-quality service - Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records - Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers and provide solutions - Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate as necessary - Perform permit audits, space counts and rate surveys -Administering parking waitlists, accounts receivable and monthly invoicing - Coordinating vehicle tows - Prepare and complete work orders - Maintain and manage inventory of equipment - Monitor and respond to alerts through a variety of platforms - Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Other related duties may be assigned Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office - Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data and reports - Courteous and tactful to patrons, visitors, and employees - Maintain professional appearance and demeanor - Ability to recognize problems and execute solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
