Candidate Profile: Our Customer Service Representatives are the key point of contact between our customers, drivers, and the office. Clear and professional communication is crucial in this role. We are seeking someone who can build positive relationships and provide friendly, helpful service to every customer. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle calls at our order desk, assist with product and service-related inquiries, and manage our retail water and ice pickup storefront. The successful candidate will share our core values of honesty, diligence, and excellent communication to ensure we provide top-quality service to our customers. Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers, assisting with product inquiries, service-related questions, and order placement for water and ice delivery
Provide support with basic account-related inquiries such as billing, account updates, and service modifications
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
Manage the retail storefront for water and ice pickup, greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs, including carrying out water in a friendly and timely manner
Create invoices and accept payments at the storefront, ensuring transactions are processed accurately
Balance the till at the end of each day and maintain accurate financial records
Serve as a key holder for the storefront, responsible for opening and closing duties
Resolve customer complaints or service issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and payments in our system
Collaborate with drivers and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
Keep track of product inventory at the store and notify management when reorders are needed
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on customer service
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is an asset
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (45lb water bottles) in a safe and efficient manner
Familiarity with basic computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Knowledge of the local area and delivery routes is an asset
Experience handling cash, balancing tills, and key holder responsibilities is preferred

This position is located at 2627 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg
Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
