Carmichael is looking for a Service Coordinator/Estimator to join our Newfoundland branch, this is a Maternity leave replacement for 15-16 months, working onsite from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Carmichael is looking for a Service Coordinator/Estimator to join our Newfoundland branch, this is a Maternity leave replacement for 15-16 months, working onsite from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Dispatching of service technicians
- Scheduling and coordination of service repairs
- Scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance
- Estimation for service and repair work
- Issue work orders to technicians
- Issue purchase orders to vendors
- Responsible for purchasing all parts services and equipment for scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate daily check in and check out of all field technicians
- College or vocational study in business administration, operations, or similar
- Must have a positive attitude, experience in dispatch is not necessary but an asset.
- At least 2 of experience working in a coordination role, preferably within a service company is an asset.
- Hvac experience is an asset
- Candidates must have great time management and organizational skills
- Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools as well as having the ability to learn and operate a variety of in house computer software
