Duties
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for clients and staff, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions in the scheduling system.
- Provide information to clients regarding services offered, appointment availability, and any necessary preparations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Address any client inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude, escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist in the development of processes to improve scheduling efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
