They will represent our brand image and provide a positive customer experience to all. As a Service Advisor, you’ll provide excellent service, with a goal to serve and maintain great relationships with our clients. Greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, and estimating costs.
Developing estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles if applicable.
Confirming warranty and service contract coverage by examining customer records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
Assisting with the coordination of alternate transportation such as rental car reservations or shuttle service.
Working with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
Contacting customers to obtain authorization for repairs as suggested by a technician, as well as to notify them that the repairs are completed and their vehicle is ready for pick-up;
Receiving payment for the work completed, handle cash or credit transaction, and ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Bring To CAG…
Ability to start shift at 7:30am and work until 4:30-5:00pm Monday to Friday, 5 days a week.
Proficient with computers and technology; experience with CDK software preferred.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
Ability to perform under pressure and deescalate situations.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Require From You…
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years’ experience in the service industry is a MUST.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a Driver's Abstract.
