This position
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable individuals to join our team. This is a three-month contract based in St. John New Brunswick.
As a Security guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

This position
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable individuals to join our team. This is a three-month contract based in St. John New Brunswick.
As a Security guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and patrolling event premises to prevent and detect security threats.
- Responding to and resolving security incidents.
- Assisting with crowd control and ensuring a smooth flow of foot traffic.
- Collaborating with organizers, staff, and local authorities to address security concerns.
- Providing customer service to event attendees.
- At least one year in a security guard role. References to be provided.
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field.
- Strong observational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, or military
- Valid First-Aid & CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic Security Training Course.
- Additional certifications in security-related fields are a plus.

- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Security Guard Role: 1 years (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- 100% (required)
