Duties
-Manage and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales representatives.
-Foster a motivated and results-driven sales environment.
-Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
-Work closely with other departments to ensure product availability, delivery, and promotional support.
-Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company's network.
Experience
-Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in using Quickbooks software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
-A driven and goal-oriented mindset.
