- Warmly welcoming new customers and educating them on e-cigarettes and vaping products.
- Offering personalized product recommendations tailored to each customer's unique preferences and needs.
- Providing expert guidance on the usage and maintenance of vaping devices and accessories.
- Engaging in marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Assisting with opening and closing store procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Receiving, organizing, and accurately managing incoming stock and inventory.
- Maintaining a clean, inviting store environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborating closely with team members to deliver exceptional service from the moment customers enter until they leave.
- Conducting age verification checks in strict adherence to legal requirements.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Comprehensive knowledge of vaping devices and technology is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Comfortable working both independently (including opening and closing the store) and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
- Approachable, personable, and capable of connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Proficient in problem-solving and adaptable to meet customer requirements.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record check.
