Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Recommend shipping based on customer requirements
- Process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Photocoping, Faxing, Printing, Emailing, Processing Return of Packages and Incoming Packages, Notifying Box Holders of mail, Processing daily shipping, Utilizing Microsoft and Excel programs, Taking Passport Pictures, and more.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Proficient in English
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient in Typing and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
