Job Responsibilities:
The Store Manager is responsible for all of the Retail store operations, including maintenance of facilities, inventory control, marketing, merchandising, sales, cost containment, and personnel management and motivation.

Requirements:

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of retail experience is an asset.

Key Qualities and Skills:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lead.
• Ability to work co-operatively in a team atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Job-related managerial training.
• Solid understanding of the stores policies and procedures.
• Willingness to continually develop professional skills and knowledge base.

Benefits and Perks:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Full time permanent position
• Salary between $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
