What we need.
We are seeking a mature, motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Property Maintenance Coordinator. We are looking for a forward thinker who can oversee and lead the day – to -day operations and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. Someone who is able to manage various duties and their team in an often-high paced environment.
What will you do?
- provide guidance and leadership to the maintenance team
- prioritize tasks, assign to team members and ensure their completion.
- use effective communication with the team to ensure safety at all times.
- maintain the buildings by preforming the repairs or arranging with the required tradesman and ensuring completion of such jobs.
- working with the Property Management team to resolve outstanding issues.
- Working with external service providers to ensure tasks are completed and to the high standards of the company.
What will you bring?
Strong organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Previous maintenance experience
High attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite an asset
