Reimagining Inclusive and Special Education (RISE) is on a mission to transform education by driving innovation in inclusive education. We are reimagining what education can be, and we're seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Project Manager to lead key initiatives in this space.
The Project Manager for RISE, plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of inclusive education within our organization. The position will manage a portfolio of projects aimed at transforming existing practices, driving innovation, and implementing new approaches to inclusive education. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and school leaders, you will bring fresh ideas and forward-thinking solutions to the challenges faced by diverse learners.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in education, Special Education, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex projects, preferably within the education sector or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects while demonstrating excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving change and improving outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
- Experience working in educational settings, particularly in special or inclusive education, is considered an asset.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
