Job Summary and Requirements

This competition is for one (1) Project manager, working 75 hours/ biweekly.
This is a 12-month term with an anticipatory permanent possibility.

Reimagining Inclusive and Special Education (RISE) is on a mission to transform education by driving innovation in inclusive education. We are reimagining what education can be, and we're seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Project Manager to lead key initiatives in this space.

The Project Manager for RISE, plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of inclusive education within our organization. The position will manage a portfolio of projects aimed at transforming existing practices, driving innovation, and implementing new approaches to inclusive education. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and school leaders, you will bring fresh ideas and forward-thinking solutions to the challenges faced by diverse learners.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Emphasize how your work experiences and related duties align with the qualifications listed below.   • Bachelor's or master's degree in education, Special Education, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex projects, preferably within the education sector or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects while demonstrating excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience driving change and improving outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Experience working in educational settings, particularly in special or inclusive education, is considered an asset.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
