Join Our Dynamic Team as a Project Coordinator! Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our innovative projects? As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Budget and Schedule Management : Track and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring financial efficiency and timely delivery.
Fieldwork and Logistics Coordination : Organize local fieldwork activities and manage logistical requirements, including travel and mobilization for the project team.
Project Setup and Deliverables Tracking : Set up projects and track deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs on small and medium-scale projects.
Accounting and Contract Management : Interface with the accounting team for client invoicing, maintain project contracts, and ensure compliance with financial requirements.
Quality and HSSE Management : Track quality management processes and assist in developing Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) plans.
Team Communication and Reporting : Coordinate project team communications, compile progress reports, and manage data and information transfer.
What you’ll bring to WSP:
College diploma or University Degree in a related field
Basic knowledge of project management principles
At least 1 year of experience in related project support in a multi-disciplinary environment is preferred
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera or MS Project) is desirable
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively with other professionals on project development
Strong organizational and time management skills
