About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that keeps our projects running smoothly. You’ll support the Project Manager by handling key administrative tasks, such as:

• Managing information flow between client, office, and field teams
• Project specific purchasing
• Assisting with RFIs & QA/QC submittals and tracking
• Tracking project-specific labor, equipment, and production
• Preparing and entering Change Orders and project billing
• Tracking costs and budgets, and preparing reports

You’ll work with Office 365, Sage 100, and HH2, using the latest automated and paperless systems that make your job more efficient.
