Today is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, or Winnipeg!
The Project Administrator will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of our office, as well as provide project management system support to a team of environmental professionals. A Day in the life of a Project Administrator at Pinchin:
Ensure deliverables are accurately formatted and that quality control forms have been completed by technical reviewers
Proof-reading deliverables as requested
Issue letters, reports, transmittals, spreadsheets, appendices (maps, photographs), etc. to clients as required by group protocols
Co-ordinate timely assembly, printing, delivery of reports, letters, etc.
Create project numbers and project reporting in Vision
What you bring to the Pinchin team:
High School Diploma or Administration related College Diploma required
1-year Business Administration or Business Computer Course preferred
At least two years of experience in administrative functions
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience using a project-based accounting system considered an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision under strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working with all levels of the organization
Current and valid driver’s license with sufficient insurance, and access to a vehicle required
