Process Operator
We’re looking for full-time Process Operators to join our client’s growing team! Whether you have experience in food processing, seed and fertilizer handling, or grain operations, we want to hear from you.
This is a seasonal role with the chance to become a full-time position based on your performance and our client’s business needs—don’t miss out!

Compensation & Hours:
- Pay Rate: $18-$24 per hour Schedule: Rotational shifts—must be able to work days, evenings, and overnights as needed.
Position Summary:
- Operate and Monitor Equipment: Use production machines like mixers, dryers, and conveyors
- Check Product Quality: Perform regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain Equipment: Perform basic maintenance, clean equipment, and help with troubleshooting
- Ensure Safety: Follow safety rules and keep your workspace clean and organized
- Support the Team: Pitch in wherever needed to keep production on track
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Reliable and Dependable: Show up on time, every time, ready to work with a positive attitude
- Mechanical Skills: Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Physically Fit: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and do repetitive tasks Willing to Learn: Open to training and growing with the team
Bonus Points For:
- Class 5 driver’s license
- 3+ years forklift experience
- Experience in food production, agriculture, seed/fertilizer handling, or grain processing is preferred but not required.
