As the Driver Record Processing Clerk you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties of moderate complexity, in accordance with established service standards, procedures, and business rules. You will be required to navigate and work with multiple applications.
Responsibilities:
Receive and sort Driver Records Processing departmental mail.
Scan and upload sorted departmental mail to Share Point into the correct workflow intake tracker.
Monitor and handle several Driver Record Processing mailboxes, ensure inquiries are forwarded to correct area, sort, and upload requests/tasks to Share Point under the correct workflow intake tracker.
Collect, sort, and upload departmental reports to correct workflow intake in Share Point.
Batch Police Traffic Accidents Reports by type and prepare scanning package.
Scan and upload Police Traffic Accident Reports occurring on rural highways to Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure via the Secure Site.
Review Out of Province Abstracts received via mail or email; ensure they meet the required acceptance criteria and are from a reciprocal jurisdiction as stated in Knowledge Net; print related Canadian Profile, scan and upload documents to Share Point into the correct workflow intake tracker.
Notify brokers and service centre representatives of errors in documents submitted.
Prepare outgoing letters and correspondence as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year office or customer service experience
