Qualifications
· Experience in operations management, production planning, and quality control
· Strong leadership and decision-making skills
· Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
· Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Experience in the food processing industry is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
