Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills and strong communication organizational skills Electronic medical records proficiency Knowledge of Libre MD software is preferred Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to work independently and under pressure Responsibilities As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, utilizing your core skills in medical office experience, electronic medical records, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in a clinical environment. Your premium skills in medical terminology and familiarity with software will enable you to accurately document patient information and assist healthcare providers effectively. With relevant skills in handling phone systems, you will also play a key role in managing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments. Ushering patients to exam rooms, taking necessary vitals. Responsible for referrals to specialists, diagnostic bookings and other test centers. Processing private billings, non-insured services and insurance payments.
