Rodd Grand Yarmouth is looking for an experienced, service-oriented maintenance person
Summary of Position: responsible for providing maintenance service to all area’s of the hotel. This scopes includes basic repairs and maintenance in guest rooms, meeting spaces, breakfast room, pool and common areas.
Shifts are 12pm-8pm and 2pm-10pm.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Good Knowledge of common maintenance procedures related to plumbing, Hvac systems and swimming pools.
• Skill in operating a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Ability to effectively function as a team player.
• 2+ years previous building maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
