Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain machinery, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance.
Set up machinery for production runs and perform quality checks on finished products.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices (SOPs)
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25kgs.
Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Manual dexterity and coordination.
