Job Title: Machine Operator (Telehandler, Hoist, or Inside Elevator Operator)

Job Description:
Faber Work is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator with experience in operating telehandlers, hoists, or inside elevators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating machinery to support construction and other on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate telehandlers, hoists, or inside elevators to transport materials and equipment on construction sites.
- Ensure the safe operation of machinery according to safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Load and unload materials as required.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telehandler, hoist, or inside elevator operator.
- Valid certifications or licenses required for operating specific machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
