Knelsen Sand & Gravel Ltd. is one of the largest construction companies in Northwestern Alberta. Through our commitment to excellence in product and service, we supply project management, gravel, asphalt paving and ready-mix concrete to the needs of our communities throughout Alberta.
We are currently looking for skilled laborers to work with us for both municipal and highway construction.
Laborers might run small equipment such as roller's, packers etc along with completing manual work.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

- On average we work 6 days a week/12-hour shifts.
- Our hands-on approach ensures all our employees receive the proper training and guidance needed to safely complete the job they’re hired to do.
- Experience or knowledge in road construction would be an asset.
- Able to work out of town and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime in various locations.
- Must have a valid driver's license in order to operate equipment and reliable transportation to travel to and from the work site.
- Meet all Safety employment requirements and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Pre-Employment drug screening is in effect.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Are you able to lift up to 50lbs?
- Do you have reliable transportation to be able to get to and from site when working locally?
- Are you able to work 6 days a week?
- Are you able to work out of town?
- Road Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Class 5 Licence (required)
