Inventory Stock Retail Associate
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory/Stock Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Responsibilities
- Assist in Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Organize and maintain inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in merchandising and restocking products on the sales floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers if needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or inventory management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items )25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
