Inventory Coordinator
We are looking to fill this warehouse position to be responsible for the following duties:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a clerical warehouse role is preferred. Must have training with Microsoft Office programs. Experience with Linux based accounting software is a plus, but can train the right candidate.
Excellent verbal and written English as well as exceptional organizational skills are required. This is a fast paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task.
Competitive starting wage is dependant on experience, includes health benefits and RRSP program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits:
- Issue parts purchase orders based on vendor requisitions
- Receive purchase orders and allocate the parts to the correct areas
- Vendor product expediting using telephone and email
- Mantain inventory levels and assign warehouse stock locations
- Maintain and accurate filing system
- Break back up for the shipping department
- Other clerical duties as required.
