We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales/Front Counter Sales Person as soon as possible to work at our new location at 105 Merlin Road.
Position Overview:
As the Inside Sales/Front Counter Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for customers purchasing heavy-duty parts and supplies. You will manage the sales process from start to finish, including creating sales orders, receiving parts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the showroom is tidy and well-organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Training is available.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their all their needs.
• Create and process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies.
• Receive payment and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering product inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in organizing promotional displays and ensuring product information is up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar industry (heavy-duty equipment/automotive parts) an asset but not required. Willing to train the right individual.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computers with the ability to quickly learn new systems. A good typing speed is important to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Be familiar with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift light to heavy items and move parts as needed.
• Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving abstract.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
