Job Summary Wi-Com Solutions is centrally located in Calgary. Open since September 2009, our company now has additional operations in Lethbridge, Banff/Canmore, Kelowna, Toronto and Ottawa and has significant growth plans throughout Canada. Wi-Com Solutions is an award winning premier sales, service and rental organization. We specialize in all areas of wireless voice and data communications including two-way radio, video security and A.I, access door control, in-building amplification, Vo IP, satellite, data and Io T. The successful candidate must be able to develop and establish new and existing client relationships working with marketing, inside and outside sales The primary goal is to attract, retain and grow revenue by communicating brand value to the marketplace and monitor ongoing customer relationships. This is a diverse and hands-on position that requires a diverse set of job skills and a significant level of commitment. Job Responsibilities and Duties This high energy position will work collaboratively with our team. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Establishing new relationships – Primarily through phone, web and online, social media with new clients in a lead generation role working with executive, marketing and sales departments.
Maintain and grow existing relationships – Optimize existing client base through increased follow-up and once again working with our team collaboratively.
Administrative – Updating databases and online software programs like our CRM; our point of sale and other Saa S platforms. Helping out team at times with projects requiring extra hands on deck.
Qualifications and Skills

Strong interest in learning about a broad spectrum of emerging communication technologies, their role in business
Outcome focused attitude and outgoing personality - enjoys engaging with people
Excellent verbal communication & listening skills through phone. Previous transferrable skills in sales and service.
Stamina and energy required to work to a plan.
Ability to pay close attention to details.
