Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee the operations of our fitness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the fitness center.

Position: Office Manager
What We’re Looking For: We seek a high-energy, self-starting individual with a flair for leadership and a deep passion for health and fitness. As the face of our brand, you’ll need to be outgoing, motivational, and enthusiastic about sales, marketing, and creating a positive club culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales: Utilize our proven system to guide potential members through their fitness journey. Your role is to inspire and motivate rather than simply sell.
Club Promotional Marketing: Embrace creative marketing strategies, including social media ads. Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus!
Facility Upkeep: Ensure the facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Our club's appearance reflects our commitment to excellence.
Community Involvement: Actively participate in local events and chamber activities. Represent Anytime Fitness in the community and contribute to building local partnerships.
Networking / Employee Wellness: Connect with local and national employers to promote healthier lifestyles. Build relationships and tailor solutions that benefit everyone.
Team Building: Lead and motivate your team of personal trainers, group instructors, and part-time staff to achieve outstanding results and maintain a fun, engaging work environment.
Member Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Create an inspiring atmosphere that makes members eager to share their positive experiences.
Management: Oversee all aspects of club operations including cleanliness, member satisfaction, team accountability, and meeting performance targets. Engage in regular reviews with ownership to discuss goals and strategies.

Requirements:

Personality: Outgoing, motivational, and passionate about health and fitness.
Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and marketing skills. Experience with social media and a knack for creative marketing are highly valued.
Experience: While industry experience is not required, prior management and sales experience is preferred.
Flexibility: Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and occasional offsite events.

Staffed Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9am-8pm (we are seeking a 9am-5pm availability)
Saturday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Some weekends/offsite events required

Compensation:

Base Salary: starting at $28/hour
Additional Pay: Bonus and commission opportunities with no caps on earnings for exceeding targets.

Education & Experience:

Education: Secondary School (required)
Experience: 1 year of management and 2 years of sales experience preferred
