We are a small, women owned daycare looking for a passionate FLIGHT teacher to join our team. We are looking for a talented educator who has a positive and high energy personality. The educator we want to bring onto our team wants to dig in, get messy, and learn alongside the children. We need an educator who is flexible with the age group they can teach and willing to be a team member and help out where necessary. We are a fairly small daycare so some days may require you to teach in a different classroom. If this sounds like you, please apply, we'd love to meet you!!! Being a part of Happy Dreamers Daycare means that you are part of a family. We want you to be a part of the village that will help raise smart, inquisitive children. By implementing our programs and helping to create stimulating activities, we will prepare and support our children through the tough job of growing up. We will hold the kids when they cry, kiss their bumps and bruises, celebrate their achievements, and cheer them on as they learn. We will love them as our own. Our mission: We provide top quality child care that educates and prepares children emotionally, intellectually, creatively, socially, and physically to meet the demands of school and life. We use routines and techniques that strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and inspire children to reach for happiness. It is vital that our children and parents feel comfortable, safe, and informed about their daycare experience. When you are a part of Happy Dreamers Daycare, you are a part of a family. We love all children like our own, and treat all parents and staff as friends. We promote the growth of lifelong friendships, and connect families to each other. We are not only a daycare, but a community where every child belongs. Qualifications
