We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest safety standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction and project management, and has a proven track record of effectively managing teams and delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction and project management, and has a proven track record of effectively managing teams and delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on various project sites, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Manage field teams, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and material logistics to ensure timely project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and project management, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct on-site safety meetings, and ensure that all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry, preferably in field or site management.
- Certifications: First Aid, WHMIS, and other safety-related certifications are an asset.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Software: Proficiency in project management software is an asset.
