Early Childhood Educator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator Lead Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Trainee Level up would be considered.
Duties
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Utilize computer programs for educational purposes
- Manage classroom activities and maintain an organized learning space
Skills
- Experience working with young children in an childcare setting an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
