Dispatcher Position Available
Are you looking for a position in a growing company in the transportation and logistics industry? Ship Now Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to help serve our customers throughout Canada and the United States.
Your tasks:

• Accurately dispatch orders to carriers
• Follow up on pickups and deliveries
• Develop trusting relationships with carriers
• Negotiate competitive rates with partners (carrier) in Canada / USA
• Work closely with sales representatives and customer service

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage and multitask priorities
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• Basic computer skills (Google, Windows, etc.)
• Customer service oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
