Greenfoot Energy Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced dispatchers to join our Moncton NB team, to help service our clients within Atlantic Canada
Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of dispatch or similar work type experience required
• General commercial and residential construction knowledge is an asset
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure and time constraints in a stressful environment
• Logical and critical thinking
• General computer knowledge and basic proficiency
• Team player
• Bilingual

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day communication, via phone, text, and email with our customers, technicians and administrative staff
• Schedule the installation of insulation and HVAC
• Provide technicians with the correct job information, manage their daily workload and ensure time constraints on projects are respected
• Exercise good judgment and have the company's reputation in mind when dealing with clients
• Ensure technician schedule logistics and allotted time for their jobs is feasible
• Reviewing the file prior to sending the technician on site to make sure that the file is complete and not missing any info
• Wrapping up the file after the work is completed
