Hours: Must be available to work: Days, Evenings, Overnights and Weekends (Hours will vary). The Rover will be used to fill both weekday and weekend shifts in the staffed residence
Programs in Lethbridge, working the hours between (0700-1600, 1600-2300, 2300-0700), as required. This position is a temporary, part-time of 30 hours guaranteed per week

Summary:
The Rover Positions will be assigned weekly to all Residential Program Locations of work based on the support needs of the individuals as identified by the management team; shift assignments will be subject to daily changes and vacancies in a variety of shifts. Shift assignment will be available on social schedules, where the rover will have the ability to pick up additional shifts, as per their availability. The Rover positions will be required to drive as needed to fulfill shift requirements. This Rover position MUST have the ability to work in all areas as outlined above for each position and be comfortable with all individuals. This position, working closely with the Management Team, and will require a person that is very flexible in their ability to respond to any vacancies, which may arise. This position requires someone who is willing to be trained in all departments as outlined in positions. This position requires a person who can work flexible hours, is positive, motivated, outgoing and has the initiative to respond to short notice vacancies and a desire to meet the dynamic shift requirements that can occur with short, to very little notice. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated history of supporting individuals with all levels of support, good computer skills and excellent communication skills including English language skills both written and verbal. Qualifications:
Diploma in Rehabilitation and/or related education (preferred). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required. A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required. Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification. Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required. Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.
Salary:
Rover Day rate: $20.72/hr- $24.22/hr; Rover Day Complex rate: $22.77- 26.55/hr. (pending education equivalence) Rover Residential rate: $21.84/hr- $25.38/hr; Rover Day Complex rate: $23.95- 27.81/hr.
