Position Overview: The Detailer/Windshield Installer plays a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and safety of vehicles within the dealership. This position combines responsibilities in vehicle detailing with windshield installation and repair, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Install and replace windshields and other automotive glass.
Perform detailed cleaning and detailing of vehicles, ensuring a pristine appearance.
Inspect and assess damaged glass to determine appropriate repair solutions.
Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive glass installation or detailing preferred.
Knowledge of automotive glass types and installation techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
