Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily data entry for the accounting function
Various daily and monthly reconciliations
Communication with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues
Posting of daily transactions for Accounts Payable
Preparing payments for review and issuing to vendors
General administrative duties and month-end tasks
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Completion of an Accounting Diploma is considered an asset
At least 1 year of related experience is preferred
Experience with Sage Business Works would be considered an asset
Experience with Repair Centre or Bodyshop Connect is an asset
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Flexible to work on a wide variety of projects, tasks, and assignments
Responding easily to changing priorities
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel & Word)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
