Customer Service Representative - Transportation Industry
We are looking to hire 20 candidates for a major contract with a transportation client. The position begins in November for a duration of 6 months with a potential of extension.

Pay: $18.22 per hour

Training Schedule:
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM AST
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM AST
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM AST
- Agents should be prepared to work evenings/weekends as day shifts are not guaranteed. Shift assignment is performance-based and reviewed monthly.
- Hourly Pay Rate: CAD $18.22
- Recruiting Cost: CAD $900 applies
- Incentives:
- A commencement bonus of CAD $500 after completing 4 consecutive weeks of service.
- A completion bonus of CAD $400 after 12 weeks of service.
- Payroll taxes apply
- Investigate customer inquiries, identify issues, and resolve them within established guidelines.
- Update customer accounts, process billing adjustments, and resolve billing errors.
- Proactively maintain and enhance customer relationships by offering additional or alternative products and services.
- Escalate issues as necessary to higher-level support.
- Handle irate customers and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a team and demonstrate the ability to multitask.
- Accept and act on feedback to improve performance.
- Work flexible shifts as per business needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in Customer Contact or Customer Service Delivery.
- Strong computer literacy and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills with an ability to manage customer relations and feedback.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18.22 per hour
